Sushi Cookbook

To develop a high quality cookbook that not only showcases the culinary pillar of Japanese cuisine, but also demonstrate the beautiful culture and philosophy that has shaped the art form that is sushi making. This is a craft that many chefs devote their lives to honing, it should be seen as such.

Titled after the pink tones found in raw fish and an homage to the famous piece, “The Great Wave", the final design presents the content in the same way an itamae would present his freshly prepared sashimi: as a beautiful brush stroke on a clean canvas.
